Instantaneous Composition Exercise for Expressing Unexpected Results 「ちゃう」「しまう」
This is not a translation exercise. This is the Instantaneous Composition Exercise. As if a reflexive action, try to create an equivalent Japanese sentence shortly after reading an English script. Try not to think for more than three seconds.

||(Unintentionally) (I) have made a mistake.
||(Regretfully) (I) have slept.
||(Regretfully) (I) have broken the glass.
ちゃう has the same meaning as しまう, but ちゃう sounds more casual than しまう. Here, we’re following the formal expression.
